Strength & Conditioning Add-On

Baseball-specific training isn’t your typical gym work. With our specialization in baseball and support from biomechanics experts at Parados, each program is built around the athlete’s movement profile and goals, then reviewed by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

As part of the process, athletes perform and record several sport-specific and general exercises to identify mobility, stability, and strength concerns before receiving their custom plan.

This 6-week add-on includes targeted mobility work and one weekly video form review to ensure progress and proper technique. Designed for serious 15+ athletes looking to improve performance and train on their own schedule.
